More than 20 global authority organizations gather in the GNTC 2017

“Global Network Technology Conference” (www.theGNTC.com), themed by “new technology·new architecture·new network”, will see a grand opening in the conference center of Beijing Great Wall Hotel during November 28-30, 2017. As one of the largest network technology events in China, more than 2,000 representatives and audience will participate in GNTC.
At present, more than 20 organizations have confirmed their fully participate in the GNTC 2017, including Internet Society of China, the Linux Foundation, IEEE,ETSI, APNIC, China Institute of Communications, China Communications Standards Association, CNGI, MEF, ONF, 3GPP, OpenDaylight, ONAP, OPNFV, P4, OpenFog,IPv6 Forum, ONOS, CORD, ODCC, etc. Experts from these sectors will attend the conference and deliver great speeches.


GNTC 2017 will set up 2 main sessions, 1 panel discussion, 8 technical summits (SDN, NFV, 5G, NB-IoT, network security, cloud and data center, edge network and edge computing, Internet Infrastructure) and a number of workshops (P4, CORD, ONAP, Network Test, etc.), covering all the hot spots of the new generation of network technologies, and all-round presenting the latest development of the industry and technology.
Here are some of the representative speakers:
Nick McKeown, SDN pioneer and Stanford University professor, will share the development trend of global network technology in his mind and organize P4 Workshop, invite a number of operator higher-ups and BAT and other Internet company experts to jointly discuss P4 Runtime and P4 INT, and demonstrate Demo on site.
VP of Operations of the Linux Foundation, Phil Robb, will also introduce the latest developments of OpenDaylight and ONAP at SDN and NFV Summits and organize ONAP Workshop in addition to delivering a keynote speech at the Global Network Transformation Main Conference and participating in the Panel Discussion in the afternoon.
APNIC’s Director General Paul Wilson will attend the Internet Infrastructure Forum and Global IPv6 Summit to introduce the IPv6 development in Asian-Pacific region on behalf of APNIC.
MEF President NAN CHEN will also attend the Global Network Transformation Main Conference and deliver a keynote speech in the morning of November 30.
